Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be charged additional shipping fees to reship the order.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy for most unopened and unused products in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • You must have a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items: For health and safety reasons, opened dietary supplements cannot be returned. Personalized or custom equipment may not be returnable. Please contact customer service to confirm return eligibility for specific items.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

For defective or damaged items, please contact customer service immediately with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
